I didn't see any drinks in his hand or any one with booze flowing down their face or any glassware in the air or on the floor.

This is starting to get a bit ridiculous. I normally tend to be the kind of person that sides with security thinking well maybe this person is trying to get free stuff or there is more to the situation than we know. This is like the 5th incident this year of something like this happening. Harrahs better have done some serious work to try and stop this from happening or they are going to lose big on a negligence lawsuit.
