Lay the 4 or the 10 and if it gets knocked down then double up and continue until they 7 out. By making this bet and only this bet what would be the HA. I know dice have no memory but to me it seems highly unlikely that someone would hit enough 4's or 10's before 7ing out to break you. Any thoughts?

Most consistent 4/10 Lay strategy that I've seen in a Live Casino setting is laying the 4&10 before the Comeout roll for each individual shooter. If the shooter knocks off the 4/10, do not replace until the next shooter. Flat bet, do not martingale (You don't want ONE hot" shooter to kill your bankroll)
Lay 4/10 strategy is a slow but very profitable grind. Make sure you allow time for a long session when you are playing the Don't side.
Note: You need a nice sized bankroll to play the Don't/Lay Side. At least double your regular sized bankroll that you would use for a Pass Line Session.

Craps is the most "Jekyll and Hyde" casino game ever invented!

remember the lay pays HALF so you have to TRIPLE after a loss to recoup losses, minus vig. so it becmes very dangerous.
