going to be in vegas for a month, only have a players card from harrahs and mlife, was curious if there are any other propoerties with good promotions for signing up? or a website that lists them?

One can always obtain various Knicks and Knacks but just how many free decks of cards or pairs of used dice does a tourist really need to lug home and then lose in the dark recesses of some forgotten draw? Fuzzy dice for your rear view mirror?
Now if you want more substantial freebies ... sure there are websites that will show you the lists of the various Spin this or Spin that or get Double Points.
The "biggies" seem to be the 1,000 slot-loss refund at the Riviera, the 100 rebate at the Cosmo, the 100 rebate at Terribles, etc.

And the $ 200 loss rebate for slots/vp at Tropicana.
Many of these are 50/50, ie you get 50 % of the
rebate at a later date.

The 1,000 slot loss rebate at the Riviera is one of the best offers I have seen in a long,long time.
