Almost all of them will, up to a certain amount.

I'm under the impression that if you fax them a copy, or mail them a voided check, at least a month ahead of time, then it's no problem.

Bottom line, contact the casino, talk to the credit office and/or a host, and ask what their requirements are for the amount you're expecting to need.

Hell, they may just offer to open a credit line for you....
I invented a few casino games. Info: http://www.DaveMillerGaming.com/ ————————————————————————————————————— Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown. But how much does it cost to knock on wood? 😁

If you win, you do not ever have to take the money out of your bank account. You can just pay them back with the chips that they loaned you. You will sign what is basically considered a check that is called a marker. You would have about 2 weeks to pay the marker back after your trip if you lose.

My personal experience:

Terribles -- Yes, if you are staying at the hotel. Amount is capped at something small.
Palms -- Yes, up to a certain amount. Do not need to be staying in the hotel.
Fremont -- Yes, if you are a hotel guest. They are pretty tight-ass. I tried to cash a check for $1,000 last trip there and they had to call in the Casino Shift Manager!
Gold Coast -- No. You have to apply for a line of credit there.
Four Queens -- They use the VIP check cashing system and it is fairly simple to be approved and get a card. The next time you do not need to write them a check; just show them the card. They will tell you what your limit is.
Circus Circus -- They use the Certegy system which is similar to VIP but there is no card. Once you are approved, you simply show them your ID and they can do a debit to your account. They will tell you what your limit is. Other MGM casinos may use this.
