A new Mythbusters tonight tested the Monty Hall paradox.
Did anybody notice how flawed the final test was? Jamie
should have gotten 33 right, picking 1 out of 3 doors from
100, and he only got 11 right. Obviously the sample was far too small
and it made switching doors look more successful than
it really is.

It wouldn't have happened if Cary Grant had been given the task.

Carrie Byron. They only use her for physical stuff like swords hacking and things blowing up. Which is good, since my intelligence shuts off when she's on.

If they want to test "LMAD" probabilities make it hard. See what the probability of successw would be if Monty offered $500 for anyone who could show him an ounce of self-respect.

Switching doors is far more successful stragedy than staying with your original choice in the long run. If you have a 33% chance of winning just because you play a 100 times does not mean that you will win 33 times there is variance in a sample of a 100. What they should have done is caculate the standard deviation of the results to show how likely or unlikey that scenerio was.

Carrie is very attractive, but I was always more excited by Scottie. I'm disappointed that she hasn't been on the show for a while.

She quit after one season, didn't like the show or something.
