Billy Walters

Here's an excellent interview with gambling legend Billy Walters. They show him talking to his agents is the sportsbooks, telling them what to bet on. Sometimes the has them make huge bets all at once to manipulate the lines. I thought thats why there's a messenger law in NV, to stop people from doing that very thing. I read the IRS was cracking down on messengers during March madness and the books weren't co-operating because they make so much money off of them.
