Las Vegas streets turn into knee deep rivers near the Sphere from the hurricane.
Some may say that's normal, but it's not ankle deep.
NEWS: Las Vegas received 1.08" of rain from midnight into the morning, breaking the daily record of 0.78" in 2012, and tying the all-time daily record for the month of October, set on Oct. 12, 1947 the National Weather Service posted on X.
After 0.11" of rain fell Saturday night, Las Vegas had just 1.10" of rainfall for the calendar year to date, 2.10" less than the normal value of 3.20", according to NWS data. Sunday's official end-of-day total will close that gap significantly.

And from the sound of it, half if it sounded like it managed to be blown into my bedroom window on Saturday night.
