Was wondering if anyone here has had their CET Rewards account Restricted for any reason and then was able to get that restriction removed? No I was not Trespassed from the property and was told I can no longer engage in table games or slot gaming at this CET property.
I spoke to someone at a neighboring property and their response was to "Write to Our Legal Department". My guess is it would be the Atlantic City CET legal department.
Well, One year, 6 emails and 3 mailed letters, one hand delivered to the security desk, later and NOTHING! No response, no update and the only reason I know the account is still restricted is a friend who is a host and has the ability to check!
My friend advised me to write to the head of Security, but he does not respond nor answer calls.
Anyone with a contact or avenue to getting gaming restrictions removed other than what I've tried???

CET the ban comes from corporate. While there may be local bans I know from experience it's usually corporate.
So you will want to reach out to them
I don't think you will have any luck.
Legally they don't have to give you access to complementary programs. And if they have restricted you they will see no upside to unrestricting you.
And yes, I personally have had my account restricted and was unable to get it turned back
In fact I obtained a host based on my play but she was unable to get corporate to remove the restriction. It wound up very weird with the host welcoming me via email to continue playing while admitting I would not be comped.
Good luck

Depending on how much you think it is worth to you, I would suggest having the letter come from an attorney. I would guess an attorney would write them a letter for around $500.

I was actually quoted $750. And that was pre-recovery inflation.
The letter is just a request. You can pursue further action legally but he hasn't been banned from premises. Only no-mailed. So I don't see it as worth it IMO
This is in AC so he has certain rights for entry based on NJ law. But that won't apply to being comped

I agree it shouldn't be a threatening letter, just a "My client has advised me that you have restricted his participation....... What do we need to do to get this resolved?"
Just the fact it is coming from an attorney will make them give it a lot more credence than if you send it yourself. no one likes attorneys, including casinos.
I've been pretty cordial with my requests, but I find it a bit surprising they don't even bother to respond and say "Sorry, we will not be able to remove the restriction" or something to that effect.
I get decent offers in Vegas and other CET locations outside of AC, so I'd rather spend $500 to get to those locations and not waste the effort. Plus I have MANY options in PA and NY state that have more than replaced AC. Just thought I'd ask in case anyone had a better contact.
Cheers~
