IRS 2023 W2-G transcripts: No records filed?

Last year for 2022 taxes, i went on the IRS website and downloaded the w2-G's that the casinos sent in.
Much easier to use Excel to group by casino and let it add up the #s.

This year it's blank?!


I had dozens of w2-g's in 2023.
No way did multiple casinos (mostly the same from last year) not send in the w2-g's.

My wage transcript will be available by late May?!
Ugg.. That defeats the purpose of not having to manually count each W2-G. :(

The difference between last year and this year is that last year i filed an extension and didnt download my w2-G transcript till July.
This year I owe $ and want to do an estimate of my taxes before April 15 deadline so I know how much to send in along with my extension.

If the IRS has the data already, why not let us view them BEFORE the April 15 deadline?!

Also, why won't the IRS generate a Wage and Income transcript if you have too many W2 forms? I am sure the IRS computer would not get tired by being forced to create a slightly longer report. I doubt that the resulting PDF would be so large that it would break the internet.

Can I go to the IRS office and get a digital copy of my w2-G before the May date?
