Playing under bankrolled is a rush

It's one of those days where negative variance is kicking my ass.

I'm down to about 1/2 of my starting cash when i see a high denom play.
No way is my remaining bankroll sufficient to hit it but i try it and hope to get lucky.

My bankroll is now down to 3 figures and for the 1st time in a long time i'm feeling anxious and i have no idea why.
I can still get $ from my debit card plus i can lock the machine and goto the bank to withdraw cash.

The last time my bankroll went to 3 figures was pre-Covid and I was playing Buffalo diamond. Could not hit Blue to save my life. I actually went broke and had to goto the atm. And even then, i was more p*ssed than anxious.

I guess the difference is that i knew i was under bankrolled for my high denom play whereas I was confident i had more than enough cash for Buffalo diamond. (Boy, was i wrong. only Lost low 4 figures because I hit Purple twice.)

I finally hit the high denom play w/o needing the atm which was a huge relief.
