I've spent the whole week trying to understand how to circumvent their roadblocks.
Figured it out. But my current batch of players cards are near worthless. And it's going to take Probably until June to get a new batch of cards up and running (remember the roadblocks have be navigated as well).
So no $20,000 a week for me until June.
This isn't out of the ordinary. Just part of the whole shebang. But this is kind of what I try to explain when I say I make $20,000 a week but not every week.
Just because I win 100k in one month or even a couple months I wouldn’t tell people I make 100k a month.
Quote: HunterhillBased on the nature of your business I would never say I make 20,000 a week it can and will fluctuate and as you just experienced can be shut down.

I actually wasn't trying to be controversial when I said it
I was trying to be honest and descriptive.
People would prefer I say how much I make annually but even that's a fluctuating amount.
If I remember correctly the whole business of how much I make came out of the Cytodyn conversation. People were stressing I needed to not invest more than I could afford and it just mushroomed from there.

Yes, never tell anyone what you make because it will just cause controversy one way or another. Better to just let people imagine what they want. The only one that needs to know is the IRS and most people are very conservative with what they report.

I don't discuss my specific annual earnings at all, but you can be darn sure that I would never say a number higher than the one that appears on my tax return.
As for what you earn from your APs, I have no reason to doubt you and don't really care about that aspect, this just seems like unnecessarily risky information (the roadblock timelines) to post.
Quote: GandlerIt seems risky to announce that you have a batch of players cards presumably from the same company that just put up some roadblocks that cannot be bypassed for six months. It seems like this could very easily be linked to a particular company and cause future roadblocks. It just seems, if not a great way to dox yourself (if not here to potential casinos), or at least tip off what casino/company you are rotating this around (based on the timeline).

It's always a catch-22 for them.
These roadblocks affect offers. Not just mine. Cut the offers, make it harder to obtain offers and they hurt the customers which eventually means hurting themselves.
I have figured out how to turn a profit even with the roadblocks. If they keep adding roadblocks eventually they might as well end offers.
That's one reason, even after a location becomes unprofitable, I will return a couple years later. Often they relax the restrictions on offers because they start losing business.
I don't think I have any concerns with the information I have provided

Fair enough. I just felt that mentioning a system wide offer change that occurred within the last few days and will last 6 months may make it too easy to narrow down companies. I am not doubting your ability to bypass or come up with alternative methods, it just felt like a little too much info for a reason that seems unclear.
I have no doubts that you will be fine, I was not intending to be negative.

Sounds like a rough break, darkoz.

Lol, quite the opposite
Usually when roadblocks are put up if you can figure out how to circumvent them you are golden for quite some time
Management is confident they got rid of you and and they don't realize you snuck right back in.
Could last for years once I get rolling again.

Yes. And maybe you'll be up to $40,000 per week?

I honestly thought about it but most likely not.
There are labor issues. It takes a lot for me to trust people with my money and my current crew would have to stretch their schedule.
Plus there is the issue of players cards. Would need to bring in double the people. I can get the people but it's a hassle.
So probably not. Unless the casino relaxes offers and I unintentionally get to that level.

A million a year (but not every year) ought to be plenty. ;)
