I am away from home often and the mail piles up. Most is from Casinoss and there is A LOT!! I can't seem to stop it. I do not care about freebies and upcoming drawings I have no shot at. Please help me, I don't have time to sort thru it. I want to stop it. Yes, I have called customer service and they do nothing. Thank you.

Go through the process again if you haven’t first documented the processes. Document the process now so you have proof they are telling you that they won’t stop.

Now call a lawyer and see what can be done. It may be able to be considered some kind of harassment but I am not a lawyer.

There may be laws that say they have to stop when you ask them. Its most likely not the same but usually emails should have an unsubscribe button at the bottom and it’s a law somewhere that the unsubscribe button must be there.

Change your address at the casinos. Let the mail go elsewhere.

Stop using your players card except to grab all the offers.

I actually used to get a little bit of excitement when I grabbed my mail each day looking through the casino mailers, Valpak, and various other local coupon books, I found some pretty good stuff. You never know what you might find.

Don’t call customer service. Call the rewards program office. Ask to get email only. You might even be able to do it online.

Note that they’ll say it may take a couple weeks to process. In reality, there may be mailers already being printed with your address. That’s why the say a few weeks.

I'm sure that I get a ton of this
Sometimes I'd be interested in seeing the offers mailed to me
But
I'm in a position where I am unable to see or get it.
If it looks like junk, goes in the recycle trash
All my mail is automatically screened.
I live in an RV travelling around the country.
All my mail goes to a rv mail service address
They destroy the junk and scan the real mail so I can see what I have and decide if I want forwarded or trashed.
Its just a forum. Nothing here to get obsessed about.
