Zimbabwe is infamous for hyperinflation. They literally tried printing themselves out of the problem, and people wound up having to take a wheel barrow to the grocery store to pay for what they could get. So therefore, all billionaires in their country, but not in US dollars.

All the gambling is, is an excuse to take money out of the countries. Could you imagine 1% basically pawn loans on all your property and assets? Zenking wouldn't even have had anything to complain about needing credit. Maybe it's exaggerated, I don't know.
