When people work a Monday-Friday 9 to 5 job, this is pretty common. I don't understand why you're concerned. They either were told to work from home or not work at all. A lot of people are facing that right now.

The articles are silent concerning Native American casinos, so I presume they remain open.
The Seminole casinos in Florida remain open (mostly, closing poker room, sports betting, etc.).
Not sure what those casinos might be thinking, but governors' shutdown orders apparently do not apply. The Florida Seminoles are pretty savvy business people. Their actions make no sense to me.

This is getting out of my area and a bit of hijack, but I think they can make their decision on this.

Governor can close the roads in and out of a casino. A dozen state troopers and a few speed sticks and no one is going to work or play.

Little Darlings to remain open despite Governor's urge to shut down.
I saw these headlines on my wife's news app, I couldn't find the link(I didn't look that hard).
Don't yell at me if it's fake news.
I guess shutting down is optional unless you're a casino here in LV?

At least here in MN, that's exactly how the tribes operated. Grand casinos closed about 2 days before the governor ordered entertainment venues to close. Treasure Island closed 4 hours after the order took effect, Mystic Lake closed 19 hours "late". I'm not sure what the minor outstate properties did.
