Advanced Advantage Play

I purchased Eliot Jacobson's book Advanced Advantage Play, and tried to download some of the files mentioned in the book at the site advancedadvantageplay.com, which is the companion website for the book. However, the links to download files on the website don't work anymore. Tried the website of the book publisher bluepointbooks.com, and found out that the domain is for sale. Does anyone know where to download those files or how to contact Eliot?
