In America everyone is equal. It's just some are more equal than others.
How does home ownership equate to being treated equal under the law? if a homeless person is arrested, he is granted the same right to an attorney and due process that you are; the homeless are guaranteed all the same rights as home owners -- where do renters fall on your sliding scale of who is more equal?

I won't go as low as (*inset members name) whenever we feel the need. I will make sure to do this often.
This goes along with what a mod told me years ago, that so long as you are analogizing, it is not considered a personal insult
Quote: aceofspadesYou do realize Muslims hate Jews, right? So, do you defend Muslims for that?
I don't buy that
Do they hate Israel, probably
I don't hate Jews
but
I have a lot problems with the Israel govt and I hate a lot of their policies
Quote: aceofspadesYou do realize that a phobia is a "fear of", not a "hatred of" -- right?
What's there to be afraid of
My last DR was a Muslim
Of course I was not afraid
Quote: darkozYou are asking for the results of the Mueller investigation BEFORE its over.
I am willing to admit Mueller may uncover no crimes by DJT while in office
Ya think? It's only been leaked multiple
times that Mueller will be a big nothing
burger and not to get your hopes up.

What you need to do is go see how well you are tolerated in a Muslim country. They are the religion of peace and tolerance only until critical mass hits. Then it is heads off and no tolerance for anything not Muslim. There are plenty of real world examples that support this.
What I really like is the women that support the Muslim culture from afar.

That was my experience. Get a bunch of
them in one place and they almost have
a sneer on their face when dealing with
you. You buy something from them and
they take the money and act like you
just gave them a dog turd. Screw that.

Looks kind of like a double post.
I guess it has now happened to EB for the first time...

I have been trying to explain this point on here for years. Always get a childish reply about how someone knows "good muslims" so there cannot be a problem. The saddest part is the same people who cry that there is a "war on women" or "homophobia" consider islam a tolerant religion.
They will learn the hard way.
It's also a duplicate of a thread (both title and content) at DT. Most of those posting here are fighting the same battles from there.
49 people murdered today, another 40 injured, and this is the conversation in this thread. The same kind of poison that underlies the attack, according to the killer's manifesto. We don't need it here.
This thread is closed for 72 hours in remembrance of the slaughtered. I will advise whether it will reopen at that time, after consulting the other mods.

I agree with this action. Meanwhile, all are invited to resume the discussion here or here. DT is less regulated than here and was created to be a parallel site to this one for political and religious topics.
