I wasn't the unnamed admin, but what can happen is, when a member quotes a spam link, it sometimes becomes active, so it needs to be.cleaned out of subsequent posts.

Who cares if there is a secret admin? I just wish the ones that exist would do their whole job and update the suspension list or delete it entirely. I also would like them to free sinners on time, even if I don't care for some particular sinners. I do wish they were all more evenhanded because some overrule the decisions of others, but that is too much to ask...

With respect to the Suspension List, please tell me that you are not referring to Spammers. When a Spammer makes a post that is deleted, and then is Nuked, there is really no reason whatsoever to add that handle to the Suspension List, it is a non-zero amount of work for zero value.
When it comes to freeing people on time, I apologize for any case in which that has not occurred and accept my share of the responsibility. From now on, I will endeavor to check the Suspension list daily by putting it on my daily to-do list for every day of the week.

Spammers are a different story. Some mods have gotten lazy about placing others (non-spammers) on the list.
Even people I disagree with deserve to be free to piss me off again once their sentence is over!!
