Does anyone out there have a Scarlett pearl players card.... I saw they added player login onto their website but I'm getting errors each time- can anyone else check and see if they have the same problems?

You might PM ukaserex (might be spelling his name wrong). I'm certain he does have their card.

I checked the website - the whole site seems to be down at present. My guess is they are having technical difficulties.

Hmmmm had no issue with website- just checked again- only issue was logging into my account

I have just been to the site. It does seem to be up for me now - but perhaps you could send me the URL for the Login? - I don't see it under any of the tabs on their site.

Okay - I was able to log in with no problem - once I found out where, lol.

Sorry that doesn't tell you anything - other than maybe you need to call them and reset your password or something.

I am afraid that their site is poorly set up. There is an option to click on Rewards - but it only shows the benefits of each tier. I click on "My Account", and I can see the win/loss, change my password, or edit my profile. (and I was unable to select "Email my offers". )


Until they figure things out, may I suggest:
