They Claim that shfl set the rules and programmed computer on felt the correct way however the set the following hands thus way and I know something is wrong
Kk22a43
Kk223/a4
Yet on 6622a43
Set
66a43/22. And won't listen to me they say rule is rule
Handbook with rules and machine contradict each other
I'll give more details when I have time
We are talking about 2500 dollars per hand so not a ten dollar issue

The standard house way I've been seeing for 2 pair (many places, including both Mirage and Paris/Harrah's) is, QQ66 minimum required for splitting a hand with an ace in it. Both pair must be above those thresholds. So 6622 should have been kept together because of the ace. I think you have a glitch there.
Did they verify both hands with their computer reader? Or just blow you off about it without verifying both hands in the computer?
Quote: WizardofnothingOn both hands that I listed - they verified with computer - argument is the computer is wrong it makes zero sense and their own manual is off- they are not understanding it because they say that in their manual high low with and ace is a split high high keep together the book only defines high and low- they screwed up and left out medium- even if they only use high and low which some houses do it's still screwed up because 6s would be low/ this happened twice and we are talking about over 10k so I'm livid and no one gets its at all
Oh, I get it. That's soooo annoying and inconsistent. Especially on the low hand split. They played the KK22 against the way I play it (which is not how most house ways are), but the 6622 is just wrong.
