there was a thread that worked over an argument about this. Nothing was settled it seems.

I am still persuaded that AP activity is still gambling, as there is no play in gaming that is a sure thing no matter the player advantage. Edit: assuming no arbitrage

I was in a Casino yesterday. :) I won $50 and put it back, but I had fun and did not gamble with the money that was earmarked for something else, so I'm still good. :)

The only things I can think of with no risk but the possibility of a reward, therefore isn't gambling, are free bets and free play.

We were in Vegas Nov 8th-11th. I'm trying to stay away from locals and just make trips to Vegas every year; we'll see how it goes.

Casino Royale was good to us; it usually is...a lot of play, a profit, and a comp at the Outback.

PHo and Aria not so much. Downtown beat us badly. Nice run at Tropicana pressing the 8 to $120 from $12...$400 profit in 15 minutes or so of play.

Saw Rich Little. How many remember him?
