IANAL. If you're asking for opinions, absolutely they would. Don't need you on-premises, provoking employees, having a slip-and-fall, whatever. Even if you were unsuccessful, I don't see them ever wanting your business again.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I have had a few occasions where bingo halls have breached the rules, admittedly for much smaller sums, and a quiet word with the manager usually solves the problem - it's usually an oversight or a genuine mistake. I have involved the gambling authorities on a few occasions, but to be honest unless it's a crime, they have bigger things to worry about - however they did act immediately when I spotted rogue employees up to something.

On one occasion, where I suspected the house were up to something, they suggested if I felt strongly enough about it, I should either prove it in court or just go somewhere else. I think in those types of situations you have to be on very firm ground - and we all know that to prove things mathematically requires lots of evidence. Nevertheless, as has been seen in a few cases against on-line casinos, it's not totally impossible to prove things are wrong.

Thus, I'm guessing, you have to make a similar call; make sure of your facts, have lots of proof and, as BBB says, it's probably best not to expect a friendly welcome if you go down that route.
