Depends on the job. For example, "Frankenactors" aren't taking over any time soon; SAG/AFTRA won't allow it.
True story: a few years ago, Cartoon Network had a cartoon series called Whatever Happened to Robot Jones?, about a robot who had to observe human culture by being a 10-year-old, complete with going to school. In its first season, they used a voice synthesizer for Robot Jones's voice, but after some "persuasion" by the actors' unions, not only did they hire an actor to voice Robot Jones for Season 2, but they had him overdub all of the lines for Season 1 as well.
Then again, Disney got away with using Appletalk for the computer in Wall*E.

Yes.
Unless you are a politician.
2 billion Jobs
CEO's are obligated to maximze the social welfare of the shareholders.
When it is cost effective to replace workers with robots, they will do it.
Hopefully the hawks will take out Amazon's delivery drones.
