Casino marketing staff regularly take flying trips to meet potential heavy gambler who has never been to the said casino. My question is where does casino get that lead? Obvious answer is referred by existing customer, the gambler contacts the casino first through website/ads, find out who is rich and cold call them. Is there any other channels? It seems the casino has a never ending supply of leads.
