Quote: WizardI'm at the lowest level of every player card in Vegas except maybe the Boyd casinos, where I'm second lowest. It doesn't bother me at all.
How many tiers can they come up and how many tier-restricted "comps" are there? Ice cubes in your free drinks that marked as dice? Super duper wines at the buffet? Slithery slippers at the bedside? Designer ice cube buckets. Super Adjective Check in Line?
An annual cruise on Lake Mead with a free corsage and free limousine is great but the players have to pay for that stuff and losing so much in a casino that they offer me a yacht for the night is not what I want to have advertised in Vegas.
That's an amazing run. You deserve all those comps - HB is a comp hustler! ;)Quote: HotBlondeNo I didn't win $50,000 on one game. I actually won $49,200 between many games. And this was only playing half a day cause I had to leave!
+$7,450 blackjack
+$230 ultimate Texas hold 'em
-100 roulette (actually won $180 on my first spin but stayed for two more spins and lost the rest)
+$17,800 blackjack
+$1,520 Baccarat
+$250 Video Poker
+$9,550 blackjack
+$12,500 blackjack
Haha the only one I lost money on was roulette. Should have stopped when I won the first spin!!
Yep, raising your bet after a blackjack when the count already goes down -2 is not going to help you get your money in during positive counts. I tried to tell her that, lol.Quote: IbeatyouracesI watched her play blackjack last week and I can promise you this, there was no advantage play! I even ran down a few shoes, including the Mirage DD game, and trust me, they didn't wong out the highly negative one!

Were your first six rooms at the Flamingo comped?
Can you tell us how many hours it took to win $43,700 at blackjack in one day? How many tables, casinos etc? Was there any heat from the pit? Were there any problems cashing out? How many CTRs? Did you carry $50K on the bus? Why the bus? Didn't you ask for a limo to take you home?
Keeping in mind the William Shatner debacle, did you ask Kathy Griffin for an autograph?

Even if there were big losses during the month that this just made up for, I'm thinking the casino still wants "their" money back. Did they try to get you to stay, or failing that, give a big inducement to come back?

Wow, great memory! I had forgotten all about that.Stupid is a choice
That's assuming she was anywhere close to even. Considering she was actually doing the opposite of counting It's very possible. Someone said something about -14.Quote: odiousgambitI'm thinking the casino still wants "their" money back. ?

I think XXX said TC -12, I could be wrong.
It might have been a typo.
I wasn't there, wish I had been.
I might have hit on HB.....
