Baccarat Odds Assistance

Hi all, first time poster. I am trying to determine the impact of exposing one banker and one player card prior to the other cards being turned over. I found the impact of exposing a single card of Wizard of Oddsand was wondering if Wizard of Odds or anyone else has ever looked at the EV impact of showing one of each card. Thanks!
