I see a lot of back and forth about what is legal when it comes to casinos and their anti-AP measures.
Please read Bob Nersessian's book "Beat The Players". You can get a kindle edition from Amazon.
I just finished it and it is very informative. Actual Vegas statutes are listed, general issues of what a casino cannot do in most of the country are discussed and actual cases, both handled by Nersessian as well as important ones not handled by him are outlined and critiqued in detail.
Advice is also freely dispensed in the book about how to handle yourself and what your rights are.
I strongly suggest all the AP's here read this book.
