I played on this kind of Roulette in Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.

Example

casino

While I as playing On the display screen it was shown that the
--------
Red - 48 %

0,00 - 4 %

Black - 48 %

--------

1-18 - 48 %

19-36 - 48 %

-----------

After nearly 50 spins the percentages were changed to (as shown on screen)

--------
Red - 50%

0,00 - 4%

Black - 46%

--------

1-18 - 50%

19-36 - 46 %

-----------

1) Will the casino manipulate/ Can the casino manipulate the winning numbers in order to make it from Red - 50% 0,00 - 4% Black - 46% to Red - 48 %
0,00 - 4 % Black - 48 %?

Thinking that there is a greater chance for the winning number to be in 19-36 (1-18 - 50%, 19-36 - 46 %) I kept on placing my bets on it and I lost all the amount.

2) How these kind of casinos work?

a) Kind 1 here a physical ball is thrown

b) Kind 2 here No physical ball is thrown

Doubtful it works the way I believe you're trying to explain. If it did, it would be highly exploitable. Next time use your cell phone and record the action, there's an app that hides the fact that you're recording.

Sounds like a math problem.

It's possible to get from one to the other, but I'm not sure yet if it is without a strong run of reds.

The first numbers could be after 1000 spins; 480 reds (48%), 480 blacks (48%), 4 greens (4%), 480 1-18s, and 480 19-36s.

The next 50 spins are 45 red, 3 black, and 2 green, and of the 48 non-green, 45 are 1-18 and 3 are 19-36:
after 1050 spins, there are 525 reds (50%), 483 blacks (46%), and 4 greens (4%), with 525 1-18s (50%) and 483 19-36s (46%).

If your first numbers are after 50 spins:
After 50: 24 red, 24 black, 2 green, 24 1-18, 24 19-36
The next 50 are 26 red, 22 black, 2 green
After 100: 50 red, 46 black, 4 green, 50 1-18, 46 19-36

It's not possible if the first set of numbers is based on more than 1250 spins (assuming 46% is exact and not rounded) as the probability of getting to 50% reds would require the probability of red winning being > 1.

My guess is no, because if it tried, then somebody would notice, and realize that betting the underrepresented color would be an advantage play.

Besides - in Nevada, it would be illegal; a game that attempts to duplicate roulette has to have every number have an equal chance of being hit on any particular spin.

The only "manipulation" possible (if you want to call it that), is to change the number of prior spins used when calculating those percentages.

But I doubt they can do that on-the-fly.

.

Why isn't this obvious? People think they notice incredible things happening (like this and extremely bias dice) yet they fail to see a simplicity obvious way to take advantage of the situation.

I especially love how they keep betting the same way that "the bias" is creating a negative situation.

It took me a while to figure out what you were saying.

I assume that "xxx" and "XXX" are two different things (e.g. xxx is "red" and XXX is "black")?

In that case, I agree - if you're going to take a bias into account, assume that the bias is physical in some way, and bet with the bias, not against it.
