so to keep this from turning into a novel

I have been playing on youwager.com for 10 years

net loser- and really only bet sports occasionally- maybe a net loss on average of 3k a year maybe 5 at max

they have loss rebate of 25 percent twice a year so thats why I use them
never had any problems in the past except their casino is somewhat off- no proof though

so I needed 10 weeks of action for the loss rebate and I was short but they allow you to make up the weeks- so I send 50 dollars via western union to bet 5 per week to catch up the extra weeks.
Long story short I was playing in their poker room messing around and won a few hundred- I decided to check out the live dealer casino and I have to admit I made a mistake and saw a side bet in baccarat that had three spots banker pair - player pair and any pair- I thought the any pair was for the enitre dealt out hand - and I made a decent wager on it- I won but found out it wasnt for the run it was just the first two cards on each sside - player and banker- so it was a terrible bet-
in the meantime I ran 50 dollars up to 5750.
I signed out and went to request a cash out-
next thing i know im signed out and it tells me account frozen- I fgiured it was from a decent size win or something
I call and they tell me that i have to call the next day
I call this morning and of course get the run around but I push the issue
Im told that back in 2011 there were chargebacks on my account for 6300. First I have zero knowledge of this - was married at the time so outside possibility it was the wife but not likely- Now keep in mind I have deposit over 25 times since then and also had payouts and this was NEVER brought to my attention. I keep calling this morning and finally they tell me that they are removing roughly 3k from my account to settle it- still giving me no proof and I have no knowledge of this whatsoever- they said they tried to call me before but couldnt reach me- yet their marketing department calls me n a weekly basis to deposit

ANY advice or am i just screwed?

You should only play in casinos who are compelled by the law to pay when they lose.

These online casinos sound like they only pay when they lose when they feel like it.

They could be correct about the chargebacks and were
waiting for you to win an amount close to it so they
could grab it. If they had kept a $600 win you would
have stopped playing and they would be out a lot of
money. Collection agencies do this with bank accounts.
They wait till the most money possible is there and then
grab it.

How would you not know about this if it's legit? Did you have such a period of inactive where it would go unnoticed? Sounds fictional on the surface though. Can you look at any old emails from the time to see if anything supports this?

They are saying the chargebacks are from 2011. No prolonged period of inactivity and was never notified of any issue- I've deposited over every quarter and made withdrawals every quarter since 2011

I'll also mention that I was given a loss rebate each half year since then and nothing was ever pulled back

Ask them to email you the details and proof
of the chargebacks. They must have it or they
wouldn't know about it.

so what was that 25 cent charge on the photo... possibly a new "wallet" acct?
If not you may have been hacked.
