Short story alleged: Stop, delete, detained and banned for refusal.

The dude is betting $3/spin; Jumer's is just shooting themselves in the foot banning people that max bet these machines. He probably donates $200+/hr to them. Stupid. And their excuse is pathetic on Facebook.

The casino probably doesn't want people deconstructing their slots first and foremost. I ranted just the other day regarding frequent slot payback adjusting and tweaking to be cautious and suspicious of a casino against filming for this reason. Maybe the machines suck all the time regardless and the casino doesn't want this revealed.

The latter would be the biggest worry. And no one is deconstructing "the walking dead" without hours upon hours of video or other trustworthy data. Easier and cheaper to bribe an employee to give you a PAR sheet I would think.

I bet it would be quite the task and very expensive on a modern slot designed to be complicated for this reason. Most people don't share and most people don't watch strike outs at the slots. It would have been interesting if Mr. Krogman had refused to provide identification. That's exactly what I would have done. The casino threatened to call the State Police because a "policy" was violated? Sounds like the usual bluff and intimidation to me. Apparently he didn't delete the video as ordered by the casino.

I agree. Would the police do anything because of a rules violation? Could they spin this into a gaming violation? Maybe there is an actual rule somewhere within the hundreds of pages of regulations.

You wanna know what slot players do when they aren't playing slots? They're watching videos of jackpot hits on youtube! My wife does it all the time. This guy and others like him have to be the favorite people of WMS, IGT, et al. He's free viral marketing for their games. People watch these videos and think "I gotta go play THAT game look how much money that guy made playing it!"
