What are some bets that have a high pay out but with a low edge. I am thinking something like betting on a single number with European Roulette. Most high pay-out bets also tend to have a crappy edge (like the center bets in craps).

Video Poker, or do you mean a win/lose type situation where the only possible result is a high payout or a loss?

If you are looking for high pay out but with a low edge, then yes Euro Roulette. If you can find this game where you are. Jackpot win or lottery have high HE.

Four the Money

If the Four Winds Casino in Michigan still has it, the "All Even," bet pays 70-1 and has a House Edge of 3.66%, lower than Double-Zero Roulette.

If Scossa is still around, you can bet 2 or 12 (individually) for pays of 34-1 and a 2.78% HE, you can bet 6 or 8 (individually) for pays of 6-to-1 and a 2.78% House Edge, You can bet any INDIVIDUAL hard way (not the, "or," Hard Ways) for 34 to 1 and 2.78% HE. Technically, a bet on 2 or 12 is no different than Hard-2 or Hard-12 because it is the same result.

If Three Dice Football can be found, the Cover 3 bet has a House Edge of 3.7% and pays 7 to 1.

The No Gain bet in Three Dice Football pays 5 to 1 with HE 2.78%

That's what I have for now, WoO is the source for all games, may have missed a side bet, or something.
