i'm talking about Maryland Live casino specifically.
md state law is 87% minimum payout.
they have electronic signs saying for the quarter ending Spet 2013, they had 91.6% payout.
does that include e-games like e-Craps (.4% HE), e-Bacarat (1% HE), and e-Roulette (5% HE)?
they are counted as slots in terms of W2-G. ($1200+ win gets you one).

That's an excellent question. I do know at slots only casinos, courts have ruled that they allowed to be classified as class III gaming versus table games and thus allowed in slots only places. There was a lawsuit in South Florida over this about 3-4 years ago.

It includes VP, if they have it, at least, AC and LV numbers do, so it probably includes those other games, as well.

It probably does. From the casino point of view, anything that doesn't require a live dealer is a "slot."

Agreed it probably does to the extreme I would be shocked if it didn't. Usually the payout includes free play when it seems too high to be true and highest when free play is reimbursed. All just has to do with who calculates it.
