We could tell you, but then we would have to kill you.
(Seriously, it's like asking a magician how he does his tricks. It's a trade secret.
Personally, I don't know, but I have a feeling that in the second change (to the blue dress), the blue dress she's handed isn't the one she ends up wearing.)

I saw something sometime ago about this, my memory is vague but as I recall the outfits/dresses have many hours of work in them. So basically there not dresses they are props.

The real question is this:
Why can't the average woman get dressed in less than an hour?

It's a pretty common trick, although I don't know how it's done exactly. For all I know, she might just be that fast - it's not too complicated a motion. I remember someone brought it to Penn & Teller's (& Wossy's) UK show "Fool Us," where the idea was to do a trick they couldn't explain, and their reaction was basically "-1 OT."
EDIT: Apparently, basically what it is is that all those things that her partner uses to hide her are actually part of the dresses.

The trick to poker is learning not to beat yourself up for your mistakes too much, and certainly not too little, but just the right amount.

But the dresses are shorter and longer, they go back and forth, you can't be right.

No its not, look at it again. The dresses aren't bulky at all like she has other dresses on underneath. Its more likely they are hidden in the capes he covers her with.

Amen, brother, amen !
There's emptiness behind their eyes
There's dust in all their hearts
They just want to steal us all and take us all apart

The magician there (David Maas) actually has a patent which describes how it works: http://www.freepatentsonline.com/6308334.pdf
As a patent attorney, of course I am very pro-patent, but this is one rare situation where I just don't think filing a patent was a good idea!

I am guessing there is no one technique used there. Each change is a different trick. Some will be tear offs, some clip ons, some layers, etc.
