Is there a black list of people that are not rehires for tribal casino ? I worked for a tribal casino and believe I have been blackballed with other tribal Casino's

I had a issue with someone trible I quit but they were not very nice. can I find out? I was there 7 years but in the casino Industry for 20 years

I wouldn't think a beef with one person would get you on any list. Finding out may require submitting some job applications but as you probably know Indians always get preference. They go to the top of the list even if they're not a member of the particular tribe they apply to.
