I was searching for some information, and ran across the following site:

http://gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov/?p=173&list=photo

Do we have any forum members with their mug shots on this site?

Clicking on the name brings up the date of exclusion, and the offense.

Wow,
One guy is excluded because he went to Mohegan Sun with his 20 year old son. Legal age is 21.

Another was a mother who left her 8 year old and 16 year old daughters in the car for 5 hours while she gambled.

A dealer has been excluded for colluding with a player to pay out $6,000+ in bad winnings.

Many of the exclusions seem to be from Bensalem, PA...

Sure puts a face to the seedier side of casino life.

They haven't caught onto me yet, so I'm not on the list. I do think one person on the list is a regular at Valley Forge. I'm not sure how that works with the whole access-card thing so maybe I'm wrong, but the resemblance is uncanny. Also, what is the difference between "theft by unlawful taking" and regular old theft? Isn't that pretty much the definition of good old vanilla theft?

Another guy left his 9 year old in the car while he played at Sugarhouse. I like that they don't list the casinos by name. "a casino in Bethlehem," "a casino in Bensalem," "a casino in Chester," etc. Well shucks... Parx and PA Sands are by far the largest casinos in the state. I wonder if they have the largest proportion of exclusions or if Sugarhouse and Harrah's are disproportionately high because of their location and ease-of-access.
