I belong to other chat sites where they offer the members a way to donate towards the website costs. Think the one was via PAYPAL . They didnt request that you donate but gladly accepted it to cover costs. The fella that runs the site was a co-worker of mine at a past job and while I no longer work there I really thought his site was providing a great tool to those that still did..... kinda like this site here.... members are always happy to help others to get the max out of a trip to Vegas.

Is there a reason why they don't have a PAYPAL link to drop a few dollars towards the costs of this site? And by costs that could be future costs to attend a new Casino and do a detailed report on the hotel, food bars and so on...it doesnt come cheap.

The idea has popped up in the past, but the Wizard doesn't want to be "that guy."

On the other hand, several months ago, the Wizard participated in a charity climb up the Stratosphere. He posted a link for donations.

I'm sure he's gonna do that again, and post a donation link again. I believe it was in April...

I've thought about it. Several have donated free reviews and articles to the site, which I happily accept. What I fear with monetary donations is that if somebody donates $2 he will feel I'm obligated to be his free personal gambling tutor the rest of his life.

Maybe what I will do is set up a way to make donations to various charities, should the member choose to make one.

You wish. For such a munificent sum, he will expect you to be his personal gambling coach, to do his math homework (or his kids'), and to prepare his taxes every year ;)
