How Random is the Wizard of odds Practice game? Is it based on completely random draws of all hands possible, or are is it weighted in "our favor" so we win more often and then try to beat the casino?

It is as random as JavaScript's PRNG allows.

It's gaffed in favor of the player. I've gotten two royals on it. ;)
