What do you mean by "supervisor"?
I will say that hosts are compensated based on how much their players play and negatively according to how much in comps they consume.

My guess. Assume average USA income is $50k per year gross.
supervisor - 80% of average
pit boss - 100% of average
assistant shift manager - 200% of average
shift manager - 300% of average
director of surveillance -150% of average
host - 100% of average (taxable income)
