They have revised Terrance Watanabe's 2007 losses at the Rio and Ceasars to $189 million in the year 2007.
Harrah's total Vegas casino revenue went up by $260 million from 2006 to 2007. Here I though it was there acquisition of Bill's Gamblin' Hall and Saloon.

No wonder they are trying to sell the property today. No Terry.

The stories are being leaked to the media, but there was only a few bets of over $100K. He just played for very long periods of time, sometimes so stoned on drugs that he could barely see. The dealers are all tied up providing expert witness testimony (probably at very high reimbursement for expenses).

Harrah's Vegas casino (gaming) revenue went up by $260.1 million from 2006 to 2007 and down by $268.0 million from 2007 to 2008. So it looks like this man was the primary driver (even more than the economy). During this time frame they only acquired the relatively small Bill's Gaming Hall which probably drove a few tens of millions of the total.

One of the problems that Harrah's has is that Steve Wynn threw him out of the Wynn in June 2007 because he knew he was an alcoholic and out of control. Harrah's took him in and put him up at the Ceasars and Rio.

I read about one celebrity who would only sleep with a woman if she would pose for a picture with him where they were both naked and smiling. He couldn't deal with the rape charges otherwise (and civil lawsuits). I don't know about breathalyser tests but companies are going to have to get some documented video of these people along with some signatures periodically that assure that they are in control.
