Murder at Palm's Fantasy Towers suite

Twenty six year old former marine, lately a rapper contestant from Henderson, was shot during an altercation at a party in the Sky Suite in the Fantasy Towers at the Palms. Rapper was making a video and it appears party goers allowed the shooter to leave before police were called.

He was acting as a vidiographer that day. Although he was a rapper who tried to break up a fight he was white.

Suspect who turned himself in to police is candidate for fire department and claims that in a scuffle he dropped his gun and it discharged upon hitting the ground.
No prior criminal record. No showing of why he had a gun or pulled it at a crowded party during a minor scuffle.
