Cocktails will be ordered electronically and merely bought by a cocktail waitress.
People who play slot machines and are in the club's highest tier will see a special menu for premium drinks.
All menu's default to the player's favorite drink selections once their card is inserted into the slot machine

Quote: RSLast I heard the NV Culinary Union had something in place to outlaw(?) this type of thing.
Every CET casino on the east coast has a touchscreen ordering system built into each machine. I was surprised this wasn’t a thing in Vegas but this might explain why.
Having a diamond card does unlock a premium drink menu as well.
When horseshoe in Cleveland was sold I was surprised that Jack didn't keep that system since it was already in place.
The devices do not eliminate bar tenders.

Why wouldn't waitresses want that system. Instead of them looking for people to order they are being directed directly to them. Those people are still going to tip. I would think it would increase tips.

Possibly because it wouldn't require as many cocktail waitresses. I think unions generally want as many members as possible because each has to pay dues.

Does NV have touchscreen ordering in any venue? I could see unions opposing that sort of thing in fast food type restaurants.
I don't think so.Quote: gamerfreakDoes NV have touchscreen ordering in any venue? I could see unions opposing that sort of thing in fast food type restaurants.

Are fast food restaurants union?

I guess not. But I mean is some sort of law meant to prevent service workers from losing a job to a touch screen.

If not, Nevada needs Sheetz & Wawa.

Everywhere needs Sheetz and Wawa
And although I still love Wawa, I think their Hoagie quality has declined as they’ve grown.

I spend a lot of time in Florida and it’s nice to have Wawa here now. But I agree the rolls have changed over the years. They are adding so many menu items and doing so much volume they had to adapt to the mass production model. Still great to grab a “Shorti” far away from Philly.
Never used a WAWA for anything other than to get gas. What is recommended there?
Quote: billryanHad Sheetz once, right by the Pa/Maryland border south of Gettysburg. Was less than impressed.

They make very good made to order hoagies. Like Gamer said, they are not as unique as they were years ago but far better than Subway. Also a must have in the parking lot of any Philly sporting event.

Sheetz is definitely subpar depending on what you order. The fried food is alright.
Wawa is all about Hoagies, so any cold sandwich is good. I don’t like their “hot hoagies” as much (hot hoagies are not really hoagies IMO), the cheesesteaks and chicken parms are bad.

The McDonald's in Primm does, at least a few weeks ago. Had a headache of a time trying to take one of my mobile coupons though. They can also take mobile orders at that location and at the Aquarius in Laughlin.
