Saw the show - pretty solid. Had some odd parts where the show wasn't really funny for a bit, but overall good.

We had the Super Bowl, we had the Olympics and we had the Oscars, but that all pales when compared to the entertainment coming to the Golden Nugget this Thursday. That's right folks, one lucky young woman will have her life forever changed when she is crowned Miss Mint 2014.
Will our own Jennifer be one of the eight finalists for this highly coveted and sought after award? Will she win the first prize of 1000 red chippies or will her banning here affect the judges' votes? Perhaps one of our Vegas members can get down there and report back to us.

Dose anyone know if they shut down the Goritorium? I had tickets and my GF really wanted to go see it. I heard it may have shut down. If so, did we miss anything?
Wondering about the Mob experience thing is that good or juts ok?
Years ago the 4 Queens devoted the entire basement to the Ripley's Believe it or not experience, I thought it was dam cool for less then $10 bucks. It looked like a dark dungeon or cave or haunted house type thing . You could spend a decent amount of time looking around. If you went at the right time you had the place to yourself.

I've heard it has shut down but I don't know for certain. I went (at request of wife) in October 2012. I didn't think it was anything special, but then again I hate all those haunted house type things. It was the same as any other I've been to - lots of obviously fake bloody/gory things, people wearing costumes pretending (?) to be crazy, trying to jump out from around the corner to scare you, etc. The whole premise of these things is to scare you, but it's pretty hard to do when you're expecting it!
