Yes and the advertise it on the sign out front. Even the Casino Royale only does 20X odds on their $3 tables. See update now $5
They do have some pretty good options for video poker as well, so you can play craps and wifey can play VP.
The one six sky bar was only open on Friday and Saturday night but had a good happy hour with discounted martinis.
Update 12-5&6-2009 (Saturday and Sunday nights) Craps $5 line minimum now. It was $3 but looks like they're getting needy.

Heck, on a Saturday night I wouldn't begrudge them raising it to five dollars. Its hard enough to find a 5 dollar table anywhere else much less one with 100x odds!!Quote: BenJamminSaturday and Sunday nights Craps $5 minimum now. It was $3 but looks like they're getting needy.
I just went to Twitter to see their twitter stream and there were only four tweets, all of them in Spanish and all seem to relate to some entertainment acts that would be appearing there soon.

We were just talking about EC on another thread.
The table is usually $5. The only time I've seen it at $3 is weekday graveyard. All other times it's five. One table.
Never been to sky bar, will have to check it out next time. I bet the views are amazing (similar to Rio Voodoo Lounge?)
Westin on Flamingo does a "gaming happy hour" from 3-5(?) P.M. with low minimums, not sure what the odds are. Then there's always Joker's Wild done the street with $1/$2 mins./10x odds.

The Eastside Cannery is about 6 miles from the strip so it's not quite as upscale as Voodoo Lounge. I think they are trying to go for fancy blue collar. But it's always nice to stay in a brand new hotel. This might be fun to stay at night and bang away at cheap craps.
If you want to go to the strip and drink and don't want to drive, then it is a 25 minute bus ride (route #202 takes you to Las Vegas Blvd near the Bellagio).
Bus comes every
15 minutes 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM
22 minutes 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
30 minutes 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM
43 minutes 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM
If you are staying at Eastside Cannery you probably drove to Las Vegas, but just in case there an Enterprise Rent-A-Car about 2.5 miles from the casino north on Boulder Highway . Call during the day before 5:00 PM. Enterprise will come to the casino and pick you up if you want to rent a car and go exploring to the Hoover Dam, or you want to drive to the strip.

Within walking distance is Sam's town with Century theaters 18 screens .
Joker's Wild is a real locals place. About 5.5 miles south on Boulder Highway. Very old casino from the '60s and no hotel.
