Total Rewards Diamond Celebration Dinner

Anyone have any experience with the new $100 celebration dinner voucher that is available annually to Diamonds? Specifically I am interested i nwhere it can be used in Vegas.

You can use it any of the Caesars property restaurants. You go to the total rewards desk, and if qualified, they either give you an actual certificate or put the credits on your room account and then charge to your room.

Not totally positive, but I would think you can use it anywhere that accepts TR credits, which is most of their restaurants within the casinos:

Thank you for all of the input. I sort of half rememeber seeing a list of places where you could use it in Vegas but can't for the life of me find it on the internet so it is possible I was given a piece of paper with this information last time I was in Vegas. I remember thinking it was bizzare because Starbucks was listed as a possible option but the list was far from exhaustive, just a couple places at each resort.
