Thanks for the list.
Wife and I toured NW / coastal Washington recently and two of the three casinos we visited were slots only now.
The big surprise was the tribal one in Ocean Shores, Quinalut Beach Casino and Resort: when I was there about eight years ago they had a full complement of table games; now, nada.
It's not for lack of room: they built a big addition and filled it with slots.
Not good, but not surprising.
