50
As someone who is turning 50, I feel the exact opposite. When I was younger I believed the goal was to live longer but as I have aged I have realized that quality means a lot more to me than longevity. When I say quality I mean personal preferences that I enjoy.

We're not talking about that. It's how you treat
your body with what you put into it. Smoke,
alcohol to excess, drugs.

Tso Chicken. There's a Chinese restaurant in NYC
that invented cashew chicken in the 60's. In the
late 60's, reps from McD's came calling and wanted
the recipe for it. A short time later, Chicken
McNuggets appeared at McD's.
Cashew Chicken is a deep fried nugget of chicken,
covered with a sweet sauce. McNuggets are deep
fried and you get a choice of sauces. So it's a
total rip off from the Chinese culture in America.

That is exactly what I am talking about. If a person gets great satisfaction from eating "bad" food, drinking alcohol, and smoking there is no reason to believe that by quitting those they gain more more satisfaction by living longer.

As anyone who has been to China can attest, the food there is nothing like our "American" Chinese restaurants. There's no need to travel that far. You can see for yourself at one of the Chinatowns in this country. Fortune cookies, as well as a slew of other items, aren't even Chinese.

How much of that do you suppose would be actual chicken?
Aside from the breading, I would say all of it. Just don't ask what part of the chicken it comes from!Quote: billryanQuote: onenickelmiracle100 nuggets weigh 3.53 pounds.

However, as a percentage of the total recipe when the batter, seasoning and oil to cook the nuggets are taken into account, chicken meat constitutes 45% of the total Chicken McNugget®, the other ingredients account for the additional 55%."
