FYI, the Cosmopolitan is hiring for both Director and VP of Table Games (in case any of the operations professionals here wants to throw their hat into the ring). n.b. I have nothing to do with the Cosmo, I just thought it was interesting.

If you go to the Cosmopolitan Hotel website, click on career and scroll down to casino operations, you can read all they are looking for. I did briefly and looking for a College degree and 8-10 years experience. GOOD LUCK
