Sri Lanka, Ceylon in my day, can probably attract some gamblers but India is a strange country. Dirt poor but with a nuclear budget. Ignorant villagers in mud huts with cell phones and hand cranked generators.
What are the mechanics of it? How long does it take to get there? Does Ceylon have an infrastructure?
