Hey, who moved the Red Rock Canyon sign?

Apparently, the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area sign has been moved from its old location near Charleston Blvd to a new one, with its own parking lot. Apparently, they were worried about people getting hit by cars while trying to take selfies in front of it.

I would post a photo of it here, but the only one I could find was in the LVRJ, and I don't want to infringe on the photographer's rights.
