Vegas with Side Trips

I was contemplating a week long trip to Las Vegas and wanted to ask folks the feasibility of some side trips. My time frame for the trip is late March and assume I will be renting a car. The three side trips under consideration are Grand Canyon (western face), Zion National park, and Skiing/Snowboarding somewhere close to Las Vegas (Mt Charleston?). If folks could opine on whether these are doable and any considerations I need to know it would be great - THX!.

Grand canyon is a bit away (3 hours +) Zion about 2-3. Mt Charleston is about 30-1 hour, Hoover dam is about 1 hour from N. Las Vegas. Red Rock Canyon and those mountains is about 30 away.

Edit: My family is currently here and all they want is hoover dam and red rock mountains. If you wont be back ever again i suggest zion and grand canyon.
