A new $1 billion dollar resort/casino opened in Manila. According to their press release, they intend to surpass Singapore, and even compete with Macau due to their advantageous tax position, and government support.

They appear to offer 0% house edge on the hard ways( 10 to 1 on the 6 and 8, and 8 to 1 on the 4 and 10) and any craps (8 to 1).

I wonder if they could be "forced" to honor the content of their website?
The hotel only has 500 rooms, and many of them are set up as VIP salons. I wonder if locals are prohibited from, or penalized for, entering the casino like the local folks in Singapore who are charged $100 a day?
